TENNIS ELBOW
Reduce discomfort, release tension, and support recovery of the elbow, forearm, and wrist.
Service Description
Our acupuncture treatment for tennis elbow is designed to reduce pain, improve function, and support the body's natural healing process. Whether your symptoms developed from sports, repetitive work, computer use, manual labour, or everyday activities, acupuncture offers a gentle and holistic approach to recovery. Fine acupuncture needles are placed on carefully selected points, often away from the painful area, allowing you to move and gently test the elbow during the session to experience how the treatment works. Many patients notice changes in pain, grip strength, or mobility during treatment. This therapy helps release tension in the muscles and tendons of the forearm, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and support the body's natural recovery mechanisms. Treatment is individually tailored based on your symptoms, pain levels, movement restrictions, and response to therapy. FOR BEST RESULTS Tennis elbow often develops gradually over time due to repetitive strain and overuse. For this reason, a series of treatments is usually recommended to support optimal recovery, reduce pain, improve function, and help prevent recurring symptoms. FOR LONG-TERM SUPPORT For lasting results, we recommend combining acupuncture with appropriate exercises, stretching, and movement practices. This helps improve flexibility, support tendon health, and maintain strength and mobility throughout the arm, wrist, and elbow. Acupuncture may be beneficial for: Tennis elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis); Golfer's elbow (Medial Epicondylitis); Forearm tension and overuse injuries; Repetitive strain injuries (RSI); Wrist and elbow pain related to work or sports; Reduced grip strength; And chronic elbow pain and stiffness. Our goal is not only to reduce pain but to help restore comfortable movement and support long-term elbow health.
